• Approval / Discussion RE: Text Amendment Article 16 Special Use Application to Require a Community Impact Assessment
• Harold Timmons, on behalf of Verizon Wireless (APPLICANT) and Marvin Peden (OWNER) filed a Special Use Application (SUP-02-2021).  This application requests a Special Use Permit for Verizon Wireless to construct a 195-foot multi-tenant, monopole tower with a 4’ lightning rod located at Cody Johnson Road, in the 113^thM.D. of Hancock County, in an Agricultural Residential (A-R) zoned area.
• Brian Devine, on behalf of Verizon Wireless (APPLICANT) and Delores Pittman (OWNER) filed a Special Use Application (SUP-03-2021).  This application requests a Special Use Permit for Verizon Wireless to construct a 305-foot multi-tenant, guyed tower located at Davis Webb Road, in the 108^thM.D. of Hancock County, in an Agricultural Residential (A-R) zoned area.
